Dr Farah Qayyum is Internal Medicine Specialist. She holds FRACP in General Internal Medicine.
Farah graduated from the University of Health Sciences Lahore and completed her physician training in 2015. She is a fellow of the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan since 2016. Farah has worked in an academic role as Assistant Professor before moving to England in 2018. She also worked at Diana Princess of Wales Hospital in England as an International Training fellow In Gastroenterology and General Medicine.
Farah has been working in Maitland Public Hospital as Staff Specialist since 2021. She also works as VMO at John Hunter Hospital and is a conjoint lecturer at the University of Newcastle. Farah is currently completing a Masters in Perioperative Medicine from Monash University Melbourne.
Farah is a team-oriented and compassionate physician with inpatient and outpatient experience. She aims to provide high-quality holistic medical care and has a keen interest in medical education and research.
