Chief Executive Officer
Peter was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Maitland Private Hospital in October 2018, following 17 months as the Chief Executive Officer of Brunswick Private Hospital in Melbourne. He has been a member of the Healthe Care team for 8 years, commencing as a Physiotherapist at Toronto Private Hospital, NSW, in 2010. Peter brings a wealth experience to Maitland Private, in both clinical and managerial areas, and has a strong commitment to quality patient experience and outcomes.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Newcastle University, and a Masters of Health Industry Management from Curtin University.
Director of Clinical Services
With a clinical background as a Nurse Unit Manager for 15 years Rose leverages her comprehensive clinical background including roles as CNS (acute care), clinical and academic Nurse Educator (undergraduate and postgraduate curriculums). Completing her PhD Thesis in 2017 following on from GradDip Health Service Management and GradCert Critical Care (ICU/CCU/ED), Rose continues to participate in Nursing and clinical practice research focussed on improving clinical outcomes, with published work in the British Bone and Joint Surgery and the Journal of Clinical Nursing. Rose’s ongoing focus is on demonstrating the importance of clinical leadership, embedding evidence based practice into patient care, with nurse led interventions.
Georgina joined HCA in 2010 as
NSW Commercial Manager. She has worked across many of the NSW sites and is
currently based across Lingard and Maitland Private Hospitals as Commercial
Finance Manager. Georgina is a CPA with over 20 years accounting and finance
experience with 15 of those within the Healthcare Industry.
With a background in HR and Recruitment in publicly listed organisations, Jacqui joined Healthe Care Lingard Private Hospital in 2010 in a part time role. Following completion of her MBA in 2015, Jacqui relocated to Maitland Private Hospital to take on the full time Executive Assistant position where she supports the CEO and DCS, as well as providing HR support to the management team as a whole.
Business Development Manager
Carl has extensive experience in the perioperative space in particular, having been a territory
manager in Trauma/Orthopaedics for Medartis and Stryker for the past 3 years.
Prior to this, Carl ran his own private Exercise Physiology practice for nearly 15 years on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, providing
EP and Physiotherapy services focused on complex metabolic and musculoskeletal dysfunction.
Carl also has extensive experience delivering corporate health solutions.
